Austin, TX

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2021 with a degree in Journalism and Political Communication from Moody College of Communication. I was born in Austin and raised just south of the city. I have had a passion for art and being creative my entire life. My first experience with graphic design was during my sophomore year of high school when I took Digital Interactive Media. During that semester long course I fell in love with graphic design and found my passion using Adobe Illustrator. I pursued graphic design throughout high school and knew that even though it wasn’t what I was majoring in, it was something I wanted to keep pursuing while in college. I began working as a volunteer for the Dallas Morning News Innovation Endowment where I was eventually hired on as their graphic designer. I later worked as a design intern for Texas Connect Magazine and Texas Student Media. I also became the graphic designer and web developer for The Drag Audio Production House. I have been doing freelance graphic design work for the past seven years.
